Education: Master’s degree or higher required in communications, public affairs, political science, business, management, public administration, national security, organizational leadership, or a closely related discipline.
Experience:Twelve (12) or more years of progressively responsible experience in strategic communications, executive support, military staff operations, organizational strategy, acquisition support, command-level support, public affairs, program management, or related disciplines. Demonstrated experience developing written and presentation products for General Officer, Flag Officer, Senior Executive Service, Program Executive Officer, or equivalent executive audiences. Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex organizational, acquisition, operational, and technical information into concise executive communications and decision-support products.
Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple organizations and resolving incomplete, competing, or conflicting stakeholder inputs.
Tools/Technical Proficiency: Required - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams; exceptional executive writing, editing, presentation-development, and briefing-product skills. Preferred - Familiarity with Enterprise Task Management Software 2 (ETMS2), Task Management Tool (TMT), SIPR TMT, SharePoint, Government task-management systems, collaborative document environments, and executive correspondence workflows.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications
- U.S. Air Force or U.S. Space Force acquisition experience, particularly within acquisition organizations, program offices, Program Executive Offices, Field Commands, or senior acquisition staffs
- Previous Commander’s Action Group, Director’s Action Group, executive officer, command staff, or senior front-office experience
- Experience supporting General Officer, Senior Executive Service, Program Executive Officer, or comparable senior acquisition leadership
- Space Force or Air Force space acquisition, launch, range, satellite, or space-operations experience
- Professional speechwriting, strategic communications, or senior-leader messaging experience
- Experience preparing higher-headquarters reports and executive decision products
- Familiarity with Department of the Air Force staffing, correspondence, and executive communication conventions

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role mostly sitting; however, some filing maybe required . This would require the ability to move files, or boxes with file data, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary, ability to lift up to 40lbs.
